Amel Ouessai has been working for more than 15 years in the management of operations and the management of human resources in SMEs and large companies. In 2005, she began her management career as Director of Operations in various business areas (banking, telecommunications, childcare and medical).

With natural leadership, she stands out for her management style which has an impact on team mobilization and the achievement of objectives with an unparalleled level of pleasantness.
With this mastery of the art and the way of managing, Ms. Ouessai has to her credit several mandates and various projects.

In 2015, Ms. Ouessai decided to combine her academic training in clinical health science and her solid managerial experience to enter the field of medical clinic management, starting with Epiderma medico-aesthetic clinics, as director of operations.

She will then join the clinique ovo where she will be in charge of the operational fertility teams of the various service points, administrative support teams as well as the nursing and IT teams.

Holder of a BAC in health science, Ms. Ouessai is part of the graduating cohort of executive managers at the University of Sherbrooke as part of the Masters in Business Administration course for a practicing executive.
